No. The doSh Partner Network is a marketing and listing service. We do not manage your property, collect rent, handle maintenance, or communicate with tenants on your behalf. You remain in full operational control of your property at all times.
Do I have to list exclusively with doSh?
No. You can list your property on any other platform — Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Zillow, or anywhere else — while participating in the Partner Network. There is no exclusivity requirement.
What kind of tenants does doSh attract?

Yes, always. You control your rates, availability calendar, and all lease terms. doSh never sets pricing or availability on your behalf — every decision remains with you.
What if I need more support than the Partner Network provides?
