This well situated, Shadyside home had seen better days.  The previous owner had converted it into two apartments, and allowed it to fall into disrepair.  Our goal is to restore it into a contemporary 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom single family home.  From studs to exterior, everything will be new.  Follow our journey here.
